At PRIVASā¢, each piece is created with heart ā made rare, felt deeply, and meant to last. But if something isn’t quite right, weāre here to help.
ā³ Return Window
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
If 5 days have passed, unfortunately, we canāt offer a refund or exchange.
ā Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation email).
š« Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned due to hygiene, safety, or digital nature:
Gift cards
Downloadable/digital items
Personal care or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Any item marked Final Sale or discounted
Any kind of Customized Products by Customer.
ā ļø Partial Refunds May Apply
In some situations, only a partial refund will be granted:
Signs of use, damage, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Items returned after 10 but before 30 days
Opened media (CDs, DVDs, etc.) ā if ever offered.

Once your return is received and inspected:
Weāll notify you via email whether itās approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

If your item was marked as a gift during checkout:
